2accfd1e7a apfree-wifidog: Run init script through shellcheck 
Also added a patch to fix compilation without deprecated OpenSSL APIs.

b639f37c0f apfree-wifidog: Update to v3.11.1716 
Change log for v3.11.1716:
[IMP] Replaced libhttpd with libevent, therefore commented thread
related parameters in  wifidogx conf file
[IMP] Added REQUEST_TYPE_COUNTERS_V2 to wifidog protocol
[IMP] Sent online and offline client's counter info to auth server

[FIX] Fixed missing setting online_time parameter bug
