41fc69e069 sstp-client: bump to 1.0.20 release 
Bump sstp-client to 1.0.20 release. This fix compilation error with new
PPPd version 2.5.0 as some API changed.

e9f06083ce sstp-client: bump to 1.0.19 
After 1.0.18, this project moved from SourceForge to gitlab

Also, since 1.0.19, the configure script is not present
by default anymore, so we need to add autoreconf to generate it
