The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:
find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

There's no reason for it. It breaks parallel building, does not link to
libatomic when necessary, and generates a larger binary for some reason.
The normal package has none of these problems.
