a2a61f1d52 xtables-addons: fix build warnings treated as errors since b2d1eb7 
Use kcalloc and remove conflicting #include <stdarg.h> to fix
the following build warnings treated as errors since b2d1eb7:

error: ISO C90 forbids variable length array 'buf' [-Werror=vla]
error: "va_start" redefined [-Werror]
error: "va_arg" redefined [-Werror]

3ba01ac1da xtables-addons: import from OpenWrt base 
This commit moves xtables-addons from
https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/tree/master/package/network/utils/xtables-addons
into the package feed repository to allow for dependencies on other feed
packages, such as Perl.
