Karl Palsson	7066486fbb	libwebsockets: move to 3.2.1 ... 3.2.x is formally "not maintained" and people should stick with 3.1.x until a new release of the master branch occurs. Karl Palsson	05ec863154	libwebsockets: bump to 3.1.0 ... Drops an openssl deprecation patch applied upstream.
