Upstream only requires contextlib2 on Python <3.3, so it is never
pulled in on a Python 3.14 runtime.
schema builds through the setuptools.build_meta legacy backend but never
declared setuptools as a build dependency; it was only present in the host
build env transitively via contextlib2's build. Add python-setuptools/host
explicitly so the build no longer relies on that side effect.

Both of us were working for Turris and using these devices on daily basis.
A few of these packages are still required and used by Turris. It would be great if
Turris people will take maintainership of these packages, but if they decide not to,
I can step in and take them.
Since Karel switched from using OpenWrt to NixOS and hopefully, I didn't reveal some
secret here, let's take maintainership of his packages.

This removes:
* Python 3 variants (VARIANT:=python3)
* "for Python3" from package titles
* Package selection condition from package dependencies, e.g.
+PACKAGE_python3-six:python3-light replaced with +python3-light
* "Default" package information sections, e.g.
Package/python-six/Default removed and package details merged into
Package/python3-six
* "(Variant for Python3)" from package descriptions
