Alexandru Ardelean	5a31bfb4e4	python-awscli: fix stale assertion in test.sh ... awscli 1.45.19 no longer exposes awscli.topics.TOPIC_TAGS, so the test raised an AssertionError (silently, as the heredoc exit code was ignored).
