Seems a lot of packages are just getting abandoned by people.
Will pick these up and see them through.

on the main repository.
Note: Some packages only added `-flto` to CFLAGS and not LDFLAGS. This
fixes it and properly enables LTO.

Note: This only touches packages which use all three parts
(-ffunction-sections, -fdata-sections and -Wl,--gc-sections) enabled by
this build flag. Some packages only use a subset, and these are left
unchanged for now.
