Updated procs package to 0.14.12
Updated procs.toml (config file) to match default config file from upstream

The devlink plugin allows updating firmware of network devices
implementing the kernel devlink interface. It is gated on libmnl,
which was hard-disabled so far. Wire the libmnl meson option to a
new FWUPD_PLUGIN_DEVLINK config symbol, enabled by default, and add
the corresponding libmnl runtime dependency to fwupd-libs.

Backport upstream e0c4d324a, which lets a LIB_* variable be emptied to skip
that library's check. Drop 001-disable-extra-stressors.patch, which hardcoded
the same choice, and drive it from a Config.in menu instead. Defaults keep the
previously built set of stressors: only crypt, aio, bsd, jpeg, kmod, sctp and
zlib are probed. apparmor, EGL, GBM, GLES2, IPSec_MB and Judy have no OpenWrt
package, so they are never probed. Drop the backport once it is in a release.

Drop 002-disable-atomics-mips-and-ppc.patch. It papered over link errors for
64-bit atomics on MIPS and PPC, which happen because stress-ng strips -latomic
whenever $(CC) matches "musl-gcc" -- as our cross toolchains do. Pass
LIB_ATOMIC=-latomic instead; libatomic is already in DEPENDS. Its stress-fractal
hunk was in any case dead since upstream 24c30b7fa narrowed the row counter back
to int32_t, which MIPS32 and PPC32 increment atomically inline.

OpenWrt's .config support declaring qemu-* packages as part of the

Both patches still apply unchanged and remain necessary: upstream's library
list is unchanged, and stress-misaligned.c still only disables atomics on PPC
for gcc < 5.0 while stress-fractal.c has no arch guard at all.

Allow logical interface references in watchcat interface options.
Resolve those names to real netifd devices for ping -I.
Keep logical names for ifup and real-device find_config behavior.
Use separate helpers for ping and restart values to avoid eval.
Treat ModemManager mm_iface_name=null as empty, not a modem name.

Features optimized datastore YANG validation including incremental
validation, a reduced XML config footprint, configurable datastore
cache, many bugfixes and a prototype gRPC/gNMI implementation.

Add the missing shell interpreter line to the postrm script.
This lets apk run the generated post-deinstall hook when fish is removed.
Bump PKG_RELEASE for the package script change.

The way we use -lfts isn't particularly consistent. There's no reason
it shouldn't be. glibc users shouldn't have to deal with someone else's
lack of rigor.

test.sh is pretty basic and will not fail if one of the plugin fails,
which is fine as most plugins will fail in CI anyway.

Add a nat_traffic collector for prometheus-node-exporter-ucode,
ported from the equivalent Lua collector in prometheus-node-exporter-lua.
Reads /proc/net/nf_conntrack and exports per-(src, dst) pair byte
totals (both directions summed) as node_nat_traffic gauge metrics.
Also includes a ucode-based unit test with a fixture file that can be
run locally with: ucode test/nat_traffic.uc

Keep the default restart timing based on the moment the recovery action
is triggered.
The optional reset_failure_timer path still starts a fresh failure window
after the recovery action finishes. This makes the two timing modes
explicit.

- remove outdated patch file
It was fixed upstream in containers/crun@9acf13d, so the patch file is no longer required.
- replace yajl with json-c
The JSON backend was switched from YAJL to json-c in containers/crun@b62cfdd, so --enable-embedded-yajl should be removed from CONFIGURE_ARGS and libjson-c should be add as a new dependency

Add an opt-in reset_failure_timer option for restart_iface and
run_script modes.
When enabled, watchcat starts a fresh failure window after the
recovery action finishes before allowing another recovery action.
The existing behavior remains the default.
Document the intended default and reset_failure_timer timing
behavior in TIMINGS.md and use a safer string comparison for the
reset_failure_timer check.

Clarify the restart_iface logging so the message reflects that the
configured action happens only after the failure period is reached.
