Release notes can be found here: https://yaml.dev/doc/ruamel-yaml/ Wheel is compiled as ruamel_yaml (underscore), but on pypi it is ruamel.yaml (dot), it failed on buildbot, so add slight tweak. Signed-off-by: Josef Schlehofer <pepe.schlehofer@gmail.com>
