Alexandru Ardelean 2fbf88b720 python-zope-interface: update to 8.6 ...

Upstream lists a single change for this release, support for Python
3.15, so this only keeps the package current; the free-threading fixes
to the C lookup caches are queued for 8.7 and are not in it.
