Alexandru Ardelean 0774799a27 confuse: update to 3.4 ...

Refresh PKG_HASH from the upstream GitHub release tarball.

Drop 010-CVE-2022-40320.patch. Upstream commit d73777c2c356, which the
patch carried, is part of 3.4: cfg_tilde_expand() now terminates the
username before handing it to getpwnam(). Keeping the patch would fail
to apply.
