/dev/dri/card* is 0600 root:root unless video-support is installed to allocate the video group and ship the hotplug rule that puts the nodes into it, so anything talking to DRM needs that package present. libdrm is where that is worth saying once. The dependency is a plain one, and package-metadata.pl re-emits a selected package's own conditions onto whatever selects it, so every consumer inherits the requirement and none of them has to repeat it.
