Update to latest upstream release.

Removed upstreamed patch.

Security fixes:
- CVE-2026-101283: remote use-after-free in iperf_server_api.c
- CVE-2026-101276: heap buffer overflow in iperf_auth.c
- CVE-2026-102253: denial of service via infinite loop
- CVE-2026-71217: issue with test parameters
