John Audia 0d643c23dd snort3: remove hyperscan specific patch ...

Drop 100-remove-HAVE_HS_COMPILE_LIT-to-work-around-upstream-b.patch as
it was only needed to fix the build against hyperscan. Vectorscan
builds fine without it.
