Run tested: OpenWrt master/snapshot.

Description: mesh11sd (7.3.1)

This is a bugfix release.

Numerous bugs were fixed, including correct handling of legacy swconfig
devices, introduction of the loop_interval_delta config option to reduce
overload hang-ups on legacy devices with slow clock rates, and improved
watchdog functionality allowing better autonomous critical error recovery.
