Dieter Softwaresonnenschein 6d3fa1d71e ddns-scripts: add netcup.com-v2 service ...

Add a service definition for the netcup CloudDNS DynDNS API
(https://customercontrolpanel.de/wsDynDns.php). Domains migrated to
CloudDNS cannot be updated through the legacy CCP API used by the
netcup.com service anymore.

  option username   not used, can be anything
  option password   API key (CCP "API-Keys", not a Legacy API key)
  option domain     FQDN

Bump PKG_RELEASE.
