This release fixes several regressions in 4.1.0, including:
- Fixed spurious error output when completing remote file paths for scp
- Fixed the alt-l binding for formatting ls output
- Fixed multiline prompt redraw issues with focus events
- Fixed Midnight Commander compatibility issues
- Fixed Zellij escape key processing
- Fixed web-based configuration tool issue
- Fixed pasting into fish -c read
