This enables SRT support within gstreamer.
Secure Reliable Transport is a popular streaming protocol which
can be used both as a sink or source.
It actively continuously negotiates between sender/receiver to avoid
packet loss at all costs.
It also supports stream encryption by simply
setting a password on both ends.
