Jeffery To fc313e772b golang: Format TARGET_LDFLAGS for gcc 
go invokes the external linker by calling gcc, so -zxxx options in
TARGET_LDFLAGS (in golang-package.mk) need to be formatted as -Wl,z,xxx.
