Josef Schlehofer eb8e8ea4db libarchive: add conflict to bsdtar/bsdtar-noopenssl 
Fixes:
Packages 'bsdtar' and 'bsdtar-noopenssl' do not conflict while providing same file: /usr/bin/bsdtar
