Josef Schlehofer 949109aad0 treewide: bump PKG_RELEASE of packages linking boost ...

boost has no ABI_VERSION and its libraries carry the full version in
their SONAME, for example libboost_thread.so.1.90.0. Packages that link
them keep their version after the boost update, so an upgrade would
leave them pointing to the removed 1.89.0 libraries.

Bump PKG_RELEASE of domoticz, i2pd, pdns, pdns-recursor and schroot,
so they are rebuilt and upgraded together with boost.

libtorrent-rasterbar links boost too, but it does not build on
openwrt-25.12, because its python bindings still import distutils.
