Josef Schlehofer 9acb36ef4e treewide: drop patches related to uClibc-ng 
These patches seems leftovers, because uClibc-ng was
removed from OpenWrt main repo in 2020 [1].
If someone is uses still uClibc-ng, then these patches
should be upstreamed.
