b5751e57be
pyelftools 0.32 ships a PEP 517 build that requires setuptools as its backend, so -m build fails with "BackendUnavailable: Cannot import 'setuptools.build_meta'" when only build, installer and wheel are staged. Signed-off-by: Alexandru Ardelean <alex@shruggie.ro>
