Rosen Penev c75fe2fd0f libogg: Update to 1.3.4 
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Added ABI_VERSION to force rebuilds on ABI upgrade.

Added a couple of LDFLAGS for smaller size.
