Martin Schiller 4e4b3ab747 pciutils: use ALTERNATIVES ...

Use the ALTERNATIVES symlink handling to avoid conflicts with busybox
lspci tool. Otherwise this package can not be installed if you also have
enabled lspci from busybox.
