Rosen Penev 5e7898fd33 rpcsvc-proto: update to 1.4.1 
Switched to standard tarball. Allows to get rid of build hacks. Also
simplifies the Makefile a bit.

Add PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.
