Marius Dinu fb68d07bfa tvheadend: add dependency on gettext (host) 
Gettext is a prerequisite to build OpenWrt according to:
https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/toolchain/install-buildsystem
but github automated tests fail without this explicit dependency:
