Rosen Penev 91fa5b424d
ipmitool: update to 1.8.19 ...
Remove all patches as they are upstreamed.
Switch upstream as it moved.
Need autoreconf now. Add PKG_INSTALL and PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for
consistency between pachages.
