Rosen Penev 61b5f5b16c cshark: Switch to standard PKG_SOURCE_VERSION/DATE 
Several other cleanups.

Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

Removed PKG_INSTALL as cmake.mk already defines it.
