Alexandru Ardelean 2210aa91b6 python-installer: drop the flit-core constraint patch ...

The feed reverted python-flit-core to 3.12.0, which satisfies the
upstream "flit_core<4,>=3.11" build requirement, so the relaxation
patch is no longer needed.
