Corrects the transfer accounting, the redirect and TLS handling, the command line and the reports, sanitizes text a server supplies, and holds the output to the Go client's with differential tests. The upstream repository moved to the librespeed organisation, and the version banner follows it, so the test greps for the new address. Signed-off-by: Josef Schlehofer <pepe.schlehofer@gmail.com>
