David Woodhouse bcaf610a29 minizip: fix $(PKG_SOURCE) to include $(PKG_NAME) to avoid conflicts 
Just as Rosen did for cereal in #12477.

Likewise, clean up the CMAKE_OPTIONS onto separate lines for readability.
