re, restund: mark as broken, its buildsystem fails completely, does not support anything besides mipsel and mixes host with target variables, attempts to fix it where unsucessful

pwlib: fix build issues and download issues

- Fixed non-existing pwlib mirror by changing it to sourceforge mirror.
- Fixed bison 3.x build issues by adding getdate.tab.c generated by bison 2.7
