Bartek 70190c76bd Fix card and alert borders being too bright in dark mode 
Revert $border-color-translucent-dark to its value before #2546. That
PR brightened it to fix checkbox visibility, but the variable is
shared by cards, alerts, dropdowns and tables, so it also made their
borders unintentionally prominent. Checkbox visibility itself no
longer depends on this variable since #2728 switched the unchecked
border to the opaque $input-border-color.

Closes #2561
