codecalm 8124d32966 Fix the dead rules, tokens and duplicate variables found by the SCSS audit 
- accordion focus/radius on the button, ribbon fold for every colour, caret() honours its params
- --X-darken is a darker shade again, .btn-link hover and hard colours use runtime tokens
