Florian Eckert 07bca003c7 luci-app-strongswan-swanctl: rename subnet options to traffic selectors
Rename the 'local_subnet' and 'remote_subnet' options to 'local_ts' and
'remote_ts', and relabel them "Local Traffic Selectors" and "Remote
Traffic Selectors" respectively.

In swanctl.conf, these settings are defined as traffic selectors
(local_ts/remote_ts) rather than subnets. Traffic selectors are not
limited to a single subnet: they can hold multiple networks, and in
general they can be any CIDR range, or address range specifier. Using the
strongswan terminology makes the UI match the underlying configuration and
avoids confusion when users cross-reference the strongswan documentation.
