mediatek: fix LED enumerators for MERCUSYS MR85X

Browse Source 
Update the LED enumeration layout from 0, 1, 2 to 1, 2, 3. This aligns
the internal LED identifiers directly with physical LAN ports 1, 2, and 3
to improve code readability and eliminate off-by-one mapping confusion.
