qualcommax: ipq807x: set linksys_mx4200v2 LEDs to ucidef_set_led_brightness

Browse Source 
Use the new ucidef_set_led_brightness function for the ST LED1202 status
LEDs now that it supports configurable brightness. Blue is enabled at
brightness 51 with red and green off, matching the OEM default colour
scheme and intensity.
