uboot-airoha: fix Nokia XG-040G-MD pin control configuration

Change CONFIG_PINCONF to CONFIG_PINCTRL_AIROHA_AN7581 in the patch.
This enables proper pin control and fixes the reset button in U-Boot
for TFTP recovery.
