Mieczyslaw Nalewaj 01c0c192c1 generic: backport rtl8365mb BIT()/GENMASK() mask refactor

Backport the upstream patch that converts the rtl8365mb register masks
from hardcoded hex values to BIT() and GENMASK().

This is a pure refactoring with no functional change. It is backported
so that later rtl8365mb backports based on the new macros apply cleanly.
