Julius Bairaktaris 0ab51fb9c1 qualcommax: qca_edma, qca_ppe: fix coding style ...

Align continuation lines to the open parenthesis, align the register
defines in qca_edma.h with tabs as qca_ppe.h does, and fix the
operator spacing, blank lines and block comments that checkpatch
reports. No functional change.
