spi-tx-buswidth / spi-rx-buswidth is not a property Linux's SPI core reads; of_spi_parse_dt only recognizes the hyphenated spi-tx-bus-width / spi-rx-bus-width, so these lines have never done anything on the Unielec U7981-01-NAND or the Zbtlink Z8102AX-v2. Renaming these to the form the kernel reads would engage quad I/O for real, which needs a boot on the actual hardware to confirm the wiring carries it - neither has that test yet. Removing the dead lines instead keeps the tree honest about what each flash access actually does, with no behavior change. The rename becomes its own patch once someone with the hardware can test it.
