Charlie Jenkins 18725c45a3 ncurses: bump to 6.6.20260801 ...

Upgrade ncurses snapshot 6.6.20260801. This includes fixes that enable
the maintained patches to be dropped. It also introduces additional
terminfo files for the terminal emulator ghostty.
