When a gateway's neighbour goes away, the routes through it are turned into traps. A route whose address had no entry in the host table returned before recording that, so it still said forward, and a main /32 that later got the entry back when a local address went was programmed to forward through the neighbour that had gone. Record the trap before looking for the entry. Only RTL930x has a host table. Not reproduced on hardware: it needs a host route that found no free entry in the host table.
