ddns-scripts: remove discontinued providers

Browse Source 
- Remove DDNS provider definitions for discontinued services:

DNSDynamic
DNSMax
DNS Park
Google Domains
ThatIP
TwoDNS

- None of these services can be used for DDNS updates anymore. Remove their
provider definitions and entries from the provider list to avoid exposing
obsolete and non-functional configurations.
