mesh11sd: update to version 7.3.0
Maintainer: Rob White rob@blue-wave.net Compile tested: All Run tested: OpenWrt 25.12 and master/snapshot. Description: mesh11sd (7.3.0) This version adds pinning of the mesh gateway ARP to the active portal for the peer, thereby providing reliable ipv4 on multi-portal backhauls. Additional detected, but non selected portals, cannot retarget the peer or its clients. The patches of the previous version in this feed are no longer needed so have been removed.
