Ted Hess da55f36f80 icecast: Rework dependencies 
Remove private Tremor. (use libvorbisidec in repo)
Remove need for libvorbis (add missing vorbis_comment functions)
Remove openSSL (uses mbedTLS via libcurl)

Add myself as co-maintainer.
