Helmut Schaa 03515b807d openvswitch: Run with nice -10 (#1765 )

This is default if ovs is started through ovs-ctl but we start it directly, hence
tell procd to use nice -10 for ovs.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
