Hannu Nyman 0f0b241d56 sqm-scripts: Modify installation step to ensure correct file permissions

Use INSTALL_BIN & INSTALL_DATA macros instead of cp
to ensure correct file permissions for the executable files.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
